Director Martin Smith has held senior roles in the Development and Construction industry including Chief Executive of The Linford Group and Director and Chairman of Fairview Estates (Housing) Ltd. He has been involved in the re-development of many types of land and buildings to provide new homes, from hospitals, factories, and hotels to supermarket car parks and leisure centres.

Many projects have involved complex planning issues, remediation of brownfield sites and listed buildings where conversion, refurbishment, extensions, and adjacent construction work has had to be undertaken sympathetically to the original building and surroundings, working closely with Local Authorities and other bodies such as English Heritage.
